Accessibility Statement
OffGrid aims to make preparedness information and household tools usable by as many people as possible.
Our approach
OffGrid is designed for keyboard use, readable contrast, clear focus indicators, meaningful labels, reduced-motion preferences and adaptable text. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a claim that every screen or third-party service is barrier-free.
Available preferences
Signed-in users can manage accessibility preferences in Settings. Resource information may include accessibility details supplied by its source; OffGrid does not independently verify those details, so confirm important requirements with the location directly.
Third-party content
Maps, payment pages, provider listings and linked official sources are operated by third parties and may have their own accessibility features and limitations.
Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, use Settings → Support while signed in. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, your device and browser, and the assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Support is not an emergency channel.
