Checking current price and trial terms…

Your account is free. The household trial is optional and separate — creating an account starts no trial or charge. Marketplace purchases are separate. Compare access

Only prepared and downloaded items work offline on a powered device. No new live warnings, locations or orders arrive offline. Offline navigation depends on downloaded maps; test your own device and restart behavior.

A practical example

Three small steps to start.

  1. 01

    Choose what to save

Start with what matters to your household.

  2. 02

Save an encrypted pack on this device

Discuss the details and keep them together.

  3. 03

    Test access before an outage

Review together before relying on the plan.

Your chosen essentials

Save contacts, plans, guidance, prepared meeting instructions and selected supported Vault documents inside the encrypted pack.

Check the device, not just the download

Use the readiness test and practise opening the saved viewer. Keep your passphrase available to you.

Home-screen access

Add the web app to iPhone or Android. Installation and saving an offline pack are separate steps.

A few practical questions.

Is installing enough?

No. Save the pack, prepare the viewer and test access separately. See the iPhone and Android installation steps.

Are all documents saved automatically?

No. Select supported documents and review the saved/skipped results; size and format limits apply.

What if I lose the passphrase?

The encrypted pack needs its passphrase. Prepare and test access before you rely on it.

Does it update without internet?

No. Saved content stays at its saved version until you reconnect and save again.

Keep the rest of the plan connected.
