Which countries can I order to?
Start by choosing your delivery country. Only countries the store currently offers appear in the list, and each listing shows whether it can be delivered to the country you chose. If a listing can't go to your country, it can't be bought for that country.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times depend on the supplier and where the item ships from. When a supplier provides a delivery estimate, it is shown on the listing. OffGrid does not promise delivery dates.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. If items in your cart come from different suppliers or ship from different places, they may arrive as separate shipments.
What about returns?
Returns details are set per listing. Where a supplier provides a returns location, it is shown on the product page. Check it before you buy.
How is payment handled?
Checkout and payment happen on Shopify's secure checkout. OffGrid never sees or stores your card or payment details.
