Install OffGrid.
Add OffGrid to your home screen for one-tap access. It opens like an app and shows the same live information as the website. Nothing downloads from an app store.
iPhone / iPad
- 01Open offgridintel.com/install in Safari.
- 02Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
- 03Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
- 04If “Open as Web App” is shown, leave it switched on.
- 05Tap Add.
iPhone and iPad install from Safari’s Share menu; there is no install pop-up on iOS.
Android
- 01Open offgridintel.com/install in Chrome.
- 02Tap the three-dot menu.
- 03Choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
- 04Confirm Install.
If Chrome offers an install prompt, the Install on Android button above opens it directly.
On a computer?
OffGrid is designed for the phone or tablet you carry. Open this link on that device and follow the steps for it.
Then prepare offline access.
- While connected, sign in and choose the content for your encrypted offline pack.
- Save the pack on this device and prepare the offline viewer.
- Run the readiness test, then practise opening the viewer after an offline restart.
Household subscription required. Installation is free; an account does not itself start a trial.
The installed app does not guarantee offline access. To keep your plan available without a connection, save an offline pack after signing in. OffGrid does not dispatch emergency services.
