Safety and Use Disclaimer
OffGrid supports preparedness and decision-making. It does not replace emergency services, official information or professional advice.
Support only
OffGrid is a preparedness workspace and decision-support tool only. It does not dispatch help, summon authorities, monitor your safety, issue official warnings, guarantee navigation, or provide medical, legal, financial, insurance or other professional advice.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the verified emergency service for your location and follow instructions from local authorities. Never delay protective action while waiting for OffGrid, a notification, a route, or an assistant response.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your choices, plans, routes, preparations and use of the service. Verify critical information with official sources and assess current conditions, access restrictions, health needs and local laws before acting.
Information may be wrong or unavailable
Hazard feeds, weather, resource listings, opening information and maps come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, outdated, unavailable or inaccurate. OffGrid is not the issuing authority and cannot guarantee that any location is open, accessible or suitable.
Route rankings and AI-generated guidance are planning aids, not safety verdicts. OffGrid does not guarantee that a route is clear, lawful, passable or safe. Offline information is a point-in-time copy and does not contain live conditions or warnings.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, OffGrid is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay or other consequences arising from reliance on, inability to access, or use of the service.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, restricted or modified.
