Cancellation and Refund Policy

How to cancel, what happens to access, and how refunds are handled.

Cancelling a subscription

A household owner or admin can cancel at any time from Settings through the payment provider's portal. Subscriber features continue until the end of the period already paid for, then stop. Core preparedness features and your data remain.

Refunds

Refunds for a current period are considered where required by law or where OffGrid failed to provide a paid feature. Requests go through Settings → Support and are answered by a person, not automatically.

Statutory rights

Nothing here removes consumer rights under the law that applies to you, including United States state law and Canadian provincial law. Final wording requires counsel approval before any paid launch.

Physical goods

Marketplace goods are sold through Shopify and are not part of a subscription. Ordering is currently switched off; when it opens, the store's own returns terms apply in addition to this policy.
