Community Rules

How community hazard reports must be used, and what will be removed.

Draft — counsel approval required. This document must be reviewed by qualified United States and Canadian counsel before any paid public launch.

What community reports are for

Reports are neighbour-to-neighbour observations — a blocked road, a downed line, a shop with water. They are not official warnings and are never presented as such.

Post responsibly

Describe what you saw, where broadly, and when. Do not post another person's address or details, do not post medical information, and do not claim to speak for an authority or an emergency service.

What gets removed

Harassment, targeting individuals, hate speech, deliberate misinformation during an incident, advertising and looting or crime facilitation are removed, and repeat accounts are suspended.

Reporting a problem

Use Settings → Support to flag a report. Safety-flagged reports are looked at first, but support is not an emergency channel.
