OffGrid organises preparedness. It never dispatches help and is not a warning service.

In immediate danger

Call the verified emergency number for the place you are in and follow instructions from local authorities. OffGrid does not contact emergency services, does not summon help and is not monitored as an emergency channel. Never delay protective action while waiting for OffGrid, a notification or an assistant reply.

Alerts are informational

Hazard information is republished from official and global sources. It can be delayed, incomplete, cancelled, superseded or outside your area. OffGrid is not the issuing authority.

Plans, routes and drills

Evacuation plans are checklists built from what your household enters. They do not calculate a safe route or a shelter. Review and practise them, keep alternatives, and update them when needs change.

Offline packs

An offline pack is an encrypted point-in-time copy. It shows last known information, not live alerts, and only for the household and device it was created for.
